This is my twin sister, I used a slow shutter speed and underexposed the image so that it would have nice dramatic lighting. She is not centered, and there is no back ground, so she is the one and only subject in this photo.

Portfolio post 4
This is an image of my cat, it has a shallow depth of field and a slower shutter speed. It is slightly underexposed in order to add some dramatic lighting and create interest to the subject of this photo. The pale green in the cats eyes match the sheet, which help tie the image together.

This is a picture of a baby fox that I had to trespass onto someones farm to get. It has a double use of the rule of thirds and again, red complementing the green. It also sort of shows some old vs. new in the photograph (the old barn falling apart and the brand new baby fox.)
Portfolio post 2
This picture quite literally demonstrates 'a splash of red' it complies with the rule of thirds and has very intense colors which add interest to the image. The way the water is moving around the gold fish adds movement and excitement to the image.
Portfolio post 1
This photo was taken in my garden, I like the triangular shape the butterfly is making with its wings, and the nice complementary colors add contrast and interest in the back ground
